Join the Organic Family Chiropractic as we introduce you to the power of hypopressives and the importance of calming your nervous system.
Sunday 21st July 10-11.30pm to include herbal teas, pastries and goody bag.

10-11am Introduction to Hypopressives
Meet Kiera, your Hypopressives coach, who will introduce the revolutionary exercise technique and breathwork.
Hypopressive exercises are an incredible way to support your body to heal postnatally and return to exercise safely (no matter how long ago you had your baby/babies). Hypopressives are proven to heal and prevent leaking, prolapse symptoms, diastasis recti (ab separation) and lower back pain.
During this event, you will learn the unique breathwork and some poses to ‘kick-start’ your healing journey. You will learn about how to create optimal function of your pelvic floor and strengthen your core in a fun, relaxing and modern way...don't worry, it's not Kegels! You will get follow-up videos and takeaway tips to support your future practice at home.
11-11.10am Grab a warming herbal tea and filling pastry.
*If babies need changing or feeding we have plenty of space available.
11.10-11.30am Calming Your Nervous System
Join Dr Danielle for a workshop on the importance of calming your nervous system with takeaway tips to implement in your daily routine.
Your nervous system is one of the most powerful parts of your body and when we are stressed it is unable to function at its optimum. Learning simple techniques can bring your body back into a state of relaxation and calm.

Hypopressives are a revolutionary breathwork and exercise technique that strengthen your whole body, retain your core muscles and create optimal function of the pelvic floor. The low-pressure fitness technique reduces pressure in the abdomen and pelvis and is beneficial for your overall health, as well as healing pelvic floor dysfunctions, such as prolapse or incontinence.
