During the Sunset Sound Bath, I will guide you through a journey of sound and stillness. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, I’ll create a symphony of harmonic vibrations that will wash over you, working at a cellular level to soothe tension, clear energy blockages, and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit.

• What to Bring: Please bring a mat or towel to lie on, as well as a blanket for warmth as the evening cools. Wear comfortable clothing, and it’s recommended not to eat a heavy meal before the event.
• Time: We’ll begin as the sun starts to set, so please arrive on time to settle in and prepare for the experience. Check the exact time on the event page.
• Cancellations: The event will be canceled if no one signs up in advance. Please RSVP if you plan to join—last-minute walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
