In this class you are guided into a hypnotic meditation, where you reach the deeply relaxed theta brain wave state. Once relaxed you are then immersed in the vibration and frequency of the crystal singing bowls. The sound washes waves of healing over the body & mind causing deep cellular healing. Leaving feeling balanced, refreshed, and more at peace.
