Hypnotherapy Group Work Seminar

Join for a therapeutic seminar. The agenda is not preplanned, rather it is created by the questions, topics, and process of each participant. Past sessions have covered: romance, people pleasing, finances, quit smoking, overeating and more. Nothing is off limits - things can get deep, and we always have fun doing it! Close out with a guided hypnotic activation + Crystal Tones sound therapy, to seal in all the goodness. 
What to expect:
* Opening messages, explanation of hypnotherapy and the subconscious mind
* Volunteers come up with their question/topic and demonstrate a hypnotherapy process to work through the challenge, while the group follows along
* Closing messages in a hypnotic guided meditation + sound therapy
* Stick around afterward to connect with your new friends in the cafe
