Join Jean-Luc Casano for a deep dive into your subconscious state of mind to release stress and anxiety. Experience Ericksonian hypnosis created by Dr. Milton Erickson. This technique is very gentle and puts the needs of the person being treated first.During this group meditation, you’ll be guided into hypnosis to help you release ,stress tension and anxiety. Specific tools and tips will be given to you to help you relax. You will learn a way to apply this method into your daily life to restore inner peace.
This 90 minute session will begin with an introduction to this type of Hypnosis, then you will be guided through a special meditation and finish with a Q&A.

About Jean-Luc:
Jean-Luc Casano was born in Provence, South of France. As a young boy he had an aversion to traditional medicine after witnessing illness in his family. His natural instinct was to tap into his body's innate ability for self healing. Tapping into his own breath and rhythm to create a sense of serenity, balance.
Jean-Luc found his connection to energy work as a teenager practicing Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art. He soon discovered this practice combined with self healing was compatible. He shared this with family members to help alleviate pain and discomfort.
In 2000, Jean-Luc's journey continued to Rome, Italy where he studied traditional Chinese Medicine. Once again learning more about chi & applying these principles daily. In 2010, Jean-Luc relocated to New York City to be with his wife Paula. This like minded couple created their own holistic life approach & began helping others. Inspired to share his knowledge, Jean-Luc returned to school and received his certification in Reiki.
Currently Jean-Luc is an International Reiki Master & Teacher. His program expands from the U.S.A to Europe. Jean-Luc works with dialysis patients, autism, athletes and more. His most recent heartfelt program is helping Veterans with PTSD.
