Hypnoparenting was inspired by hypnobirthing - but instead of learning about our bodies we're learning about our brains. How they work and how to work with the systems we have in place so that we can find more joy in day to day parenting.
I'll be sharing tools and techniques to help you feel calm or motivated. Help you learn how to improve your sleep quality, and look at reconnecting with who you are as a person as well as mum/dad.
And of course there's relaxation tracks too!
