Learn Relaxation Techniques so that you can give your baby a welcome that is calm, gentle, and safe.

HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in a format of five, 2 1/2-hour classes. These classes are wonderful for all birth locations and situations.
❇️ Unit 1 – Setting the stage
❇️ Unit 2 –Pre-birth family bonding, preparing your mind and body
❇️ Unit 3 – Self-hypnosis visualization and advanced deepening
❇️ Unit 4 – Overview and summary of childbirth
❇️ Unit 5 – Birthing, the final act and bonding, the 4th trimester

❇️ About your instructor, Jessica Cheatwood, IBCLC, LMT, HBCE, Birth & Postpartum Doula:
2009 - I began attending births as a Doulas of North America (DONA) trained doula
2010 - hosting La Leche League (LLL) meetings locally as an accredited LLL Leader with the Edmond Guthrie group
2016 - I facilitated a local chapter of Baby Cafe USA and became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)
2017 - I obtained my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
2021 - I attended the HypnoBirthing® Certified Educators (HBCE) course training
2023 - I completed a massage therapy program (Likeminded Therapies), attended a refresher birth and postpartum doula training (Imani's Village), and began training as a midwifery assistant with Willow Birth Services
