The first disc golf event ever held on Mare Island will be Saturday October 1st, with a player meeting at 8:30am and a shotgun start at 9am. We will have groups of 4 or 5 players starting at all 18 holes simultaneously at 9am. The fundraiser tournament round begins at the Mare Island Brewery back patio along the Mare Island waterfront. We will play 18 holes, 9 urban holes along the industrial area (with some great water views!), and then 9 park holes at Alden Park. The round will conclude around 11:30 with awards for the winners in each division around Noon back at the back patio area behind Mare Island Brewery where we started. Carved wood engraved disc trophies will be awarded for first place in each division.
