That's why this winter we are packing your favourite Hyderabad. This will be a walk through the Nawab's city with new friends and new experiences.

Day 1 -Dec 20
Arrive at Hyderabad airport and be picked up by 1:00 PM. Check in to the hotel followed by lunch. Sightseeing to begin thereafter.

Know before you go:
1. Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
2. Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
3. We are visiting heritage monuments and palaces and requesting travellers not to climb on monuments or sculptures which cause damage to the structure
4. We have only one pick up from the airport. Anyone who are reaching very early, please make necessary arrangements or wait for our pick up at airport (2PM from airport on day 01) Drop off also will do as the pick up (10:00AM will start from hotel on Day 03)
5. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reasons like: election card, Driving License, Passport

1. Why is Hyderabad is the joining point?
A. As people are joining from different parts of India, it is difficult to manage them. So it's better to choose your own comfort mode of transport and make the trip more cost-effective. Also, not all are joining from Kerala, there are people from other states too. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.

A. Of course, once you register and pay, you will be added to the group of travellers who are signed up for this trip. There you can see other people who are travelling from your city

A. No. you can keep your bags in the room when we go sightseeing
5. Do I need to carry any blankets?
A. No. Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay
6. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes, you can and charges applicable as per the age

9. What if I cancel my registration after the advance payment?
A. Refund is strict as per cancellation policy so kindly read the below-given cancellation policy before proceeding

Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations done before 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days before the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3. For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
4. For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refund.
5. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingency or unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any COVID-induced scenarios or otherwise.
