Intra-Hyd Badminton Tournament '25 | Season-1 [Doubles/Mixed Doubles]
Date- 31st January (Friday), 2025 â¨
Venue- Metroplex Sporting Complex
Time- 10:00am to 5:30pm
đ´ ONLY HYD NEW RECRUITS, CURRENT MEMBERS AND ALUMNI'S ARE ALLOWED.
* Registration Process:
1. Register through the google form either Individual or Team registration. (We can assist to find you a partner if unable to select a partner from the available players pool till the last.) https://forms.gle/Asv82CDLQFeNDVUn8
2. There is a registration fee of BDT 500 TAKA per Individual or BDT 1000 TAKA If team registration is done.
3. The registration Fee is to be cleared by bkash to the provided bkash number before completing the registration form. Bkash Number: +8801817576383
4. The Bkash transaction ID is MUST to be mentioned in the last section of the registration form before submitting.
5. You are requested to send the Screenshot of bkash Transaction page along with your registered name and number to the provided Email: [email protected]

* No age limit Mixed Doubles
* 20 TEAMS to be Entertained
* 4 Groups of each having 4 teams
Individual - 500tk ( to be paired later)
Team - 1000tk
*Doubles and Mixed Doubles will be put in the same groups.

⨠THERE WILL BE 6 CHAMPIONS & RUNNERS UP! â¨
* Top 2 of every group will enter the 'Cup championship' after the end of group Robin's round.
* Ranked 3rd & 4th of every group will enter 'Plate Championship' after the end of group Robin's round.
* Ranked 5th of every group will directly enter 'Bronze Championship' Semi-Final after the end of group Robin's round.
*CUP CHAMPIONSHIP:
Champion - Crest + Certificate
Runners Up - Crest + Certificate
*PLATE CHAMPIONSHIP:
Champion - Crest + Certificate
Runners Up -Crest + Certificate
*BRONZE CHAMPIONSHIP:
Champion -Crest + Certificate
Runners Up - Crest + Certificate
* Player of the Tournament in every Championship. (Medal)
* Fair Play Award to the most discipline and underdog team. (Medal)
* All participants, organizers and volunteers will received HYD Certificates.

Tournament Format - DOUBLES / MIXED
BASIC RULES:
Basic Rules -
* A coin tose before every match to select side or serve.
* A match will consists of 21 points. (1 Set every game except Finals)
* Every time there is a serve â there is a point scored. (Drop Point)
* At the beginning of the game and when the score is even, the server serves from the right service court. When it is odd, the server serves from the left court.
* If the serving side wins a rally, the serving side scores a point and the same server serves again from the alternate service court. (International Rule to be followed)
* If the receiving side wins a rally, the receiving side scores a point. The receiving side becomes the new serving side. (International Rule to be followed)
* The players do not change their respective service courts until they win a point when their side is serving.
* There is no foot fault keeping sure the foot is behind the line. Shuttle drop on the line will be considered fair.
* Refree and line's man calls are final.
* There will be dues if the score is tied.
* There will be 3 sets in the Finals.
