Learn what it means to honor ourselves and fully embrace where we are in our practice. We often get discouraged when we see those bendy postures and we back away. However, you and I will take the time to honor ourselves and see where our mind, body and soul are at. Honor being okay where we’re at in our practice.
This is a Hybrid (Online via Zoom & In-Studio) class with 5 day video access with Angel Gleason, RYT-200.
Who should attend? Everyone is welcome to attend! No prior yoga experience is necessary to attend.
What to wear & bring? Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, blanket and other needed class props. There are yoga mats and other class props available to use at the studio.
FEE - There is a Sliding Scale Donation of $5-$25. Class funds are being donated to the Women's Community in Wausau.
