-Walk around S700 and platforms, covering off on daily maintenance of machine
-Oil levels, Greasing, Chain and belt adjustments. Stone trap
-Cleaning machine and filters.
-Knife adjustments draper belt tensions.
Station 2:
-Setting Machine for Crop Type.
-Run through on Equipment plus App.
-Configuring machine and platform for crop
-Setting up in Gen 4 for location and documentation
-Platform modes, dial a speed , reel resume , configuring multi-function lever. Etc.
Station 3 :
-Calibrations and Optimisation
-Run through all required Cal’s.
-Setting up active yield, Active terrain and harvest smart,
-Discuss concave options, machine performance troubleshooting.
-Power shut downs and grain loss.
Station 4:
-Latest releases and software updates to on board technology and Operations Center
-Work planner for plan
-On Board Technology setup including machine sync
-Online tools for post-harvest analysis
