it's a birthday run! actually 2 birthdays in one run. long-time hamm's runners tony (50!) and sharon (48 and one of the three original hamm's runners!) complete another lap on tuesday. i don't know if either will make it, but if they do, we'll buy them beer and if they don't, we'll drink beer in their honour. and i'll see if i can find some birthday cakish something or other. so, meet up at the friendship shell (toilet bowl for the locals, a specific sex toy for those like me), move your feet for about 45-60 minutes, and we'll meet back up and have a beer. perhaps pop into tavern 101 if the mood moves us.
as always, runners, walkers, ruckers, cyclists, skateboarders, goofballs, pipehitters, fools, dogs, and sailors are welcome.
and if it matters to anyone, i will likely be rucking; my body needs a short break from running.
