If card holder or credit card is NOT present, another form of payment will be required on event night or Privileged Society will not be responsible for the requested services purchased.**

Note: *Service charge (tax and gratuity) will be added to all tables with bottle service—no refunds or cancellations.

What is included in General Admission (GA)?
General Admission grants entry to the event only. It does not include seating, access to the open bar, or bottle service. Drinks are available for purchase at the cash bar.

What is the VIP Open Bar ticket?
The VIP Open Bar ticket includes entry to the event and unlimited access to the premium open bar from 8pm-11pm at the event. It does not include reserved seating or bottle service.

What is included in a VIP Table for 2?
The VIP Table for 2 includes reserved seating for two guests and one bottle of premium champange. This ticket does not include access to the open bar. Additional bottles can be purchased during the event.

What is included in a VIP Table for 4?
The VIP Table for 4 includes reserved seating for up to four guests and two bottles of premium liquor with mixers. This ticket does not include access to the open bar. Additional bottles can be purchased during the event.

What is included in a VIP Table for 6?
The VIP Table for 6 includes reserved seating for up to six guests and three bottles of premium liquor with mixers. This ticket does not include access to the open bar. Additional bottles can be purchased during the event.

Do I get access to the open bar if I purchase a VIP Table?
No, the open bar is not included with VIP Tables. Bottle service is provided for VIP Tables, and the open bar is a separate offering available through the VIP Open Bar ticket.

Can I add the open bar to my VIP Table purchase?
If open bar upgrades are available, they can be added at an additional cost. Contact the event team for more details or upgrade options.

Is there an ID or minimum age requirement to enter the event?
Yes, the event is 21 and older. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Valet parking is available. Please read signs carefully before parking, as we are not responsible for towed or ticketed vehicles. Uber or other rideshare services are strongly recommended.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will NOT be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies (including COVID-19 results), employment issues (including layoffs), traffic, parking, transportation issues, etc.

If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, or event, we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange, or transfer.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with venue rules, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions.

• Wait times in lines
• Emergency closures of the event
• Delayed start or early ending of the event
