Hurting Under 30

A group for those grieving any type of traumatic loss under the age of 30 to come and sit with one another and feel heard, seen, and understood. Grieving as a young adult can be challenging due the complexities of identity and life goals. Grief at this age can interfere with significant life stages and peers without loss may not be able to understand. During this time individuals are often finding themselves and laying the foundation for their future. It is a challenging period and even more challenging with grief and loss in the midst.
