The Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA), in collaboration with the City of St. Petersburg, announced the upcoming Hurricane Recovery Rental Housing Fair. The event will occur on January 22, 2025, at The Coliseum (535 4th Ave. N) from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
In the wake of recent hurricane events, the BAAA is taking an active role in facilitating the recovery process for the community. A total of 40 BAAA vendors will be present to provide hands-on application assistance for both short-term (6 months) and longer-term (12+ months) apartment rental opportunities. This event is a significant step towards housing stability and recovery for those affected by the hurricanes Helene and Milton.
