Written by Bridget Purdy, an improviser, actress, and writer originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Her years of enduring hurricanes in her hometown helped her to write Hurricane Party. She got her Bachelor of Comedy Writing and Performance from Columbia College in Chicago and completed The Comedy Studies program at Second City. You can catch her on stage every second and fourth Sunday in the Broadwater Studio performing with her improv team, Snack Run. Bridget is so excited to finally bring this play to the stage after working on it for a little over 3 years.
