I am a big believer in the efforts of "helping the helper." As we enter into the holdiay season, we have invited Huntsman Mental Health to join us as we prepare for the highs and lows of the next few months. We will learn from leading clinicians and researchers and enjoy a panel with lived experience experts around mental wellness. We will leave with a mental health tool kit to share with our organizations and families as well.
