Hunter's Moon Meditation & Sound Healing
What to Expect
Join us beneath the Hunter’s Moon for an evening of Max Meditation™, healing sound, and reflection as the season begins to change.
The Hunter’s Moon invites us to pause and take stock: What has grown in your life this year? What are you ready to carry forward, and what can you set down? With intention and awareness, even a small choice can help shape the season ahead.
Experience Max Meditation™ guided by Paula Shreve of The Sacred Center, followed by an immersive Sound Healing Journey with Victoria Redler of The Massage Guru and Gavin Redler. Together, these practices offer space to slow down, rest, and listen to yourself more deeply.
This evening invites you to:
- Reflect on what you’ve learned and cultivated.
- Release what feels complete.
- Leave with a clearer intention for the season ahead.
- Time for reflection and integration
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’re welcome to come as you are and enjoy a peaceful, supportive space.
Your Facilitators:
- Guided Max Meditation™ with Paula Shreve, The Sacred Center
- Immersive Sound Healing with Victoria Redler, LMT, Certified Sound healing facilitator, Usui Reiki Master, Quantum healing of Massage Guru and Gavin Redler also Certified Sound healing facilitator, Usui Reiki level 1 facilitator.
