5PTS Outdoors @ The Dog Bowl is excited to rollout a new community benefit series, 5PTS Legendary Brunch, to raise money for local non-profits. Held on Sundays from 11am-4pm, this event features live music, vendors, kids activities, food trucks, and brunch courtesy of Donnie D's Bagels!
This October, we are partnering with Clean Valley Council and featuring music from Hunter Root w. Eric Wayne Band.
For over 60 years, Clean Valley Council’s mission is to encourage environmental stewardship and lead the way towards a sustainable tomorrow by educating and inspiring those around us. Serving locations in Virginia's Roanoke Valley - City of Roanoke, Roanoke County, City of Salem, Town of Vinton and Botetourt County.
Hunter Root has been playing music since he was twelve years old. He is a founding member of the Lancaster, PA-based psychedelic rock band, Medusa's Disco, and has a solo project as well. Hunter went viral in early 2023 on Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook garnering millions of streams on his latest album “Arkansas” after releasing his single “Town Rat Heathen”. Gigging tenaciously and recording numerous self produced albums won hunter “Best Male Solo Artist (2020)” and “Best Songwriter (2022)” at the Central Pennsylvania Music Awards. Hunter also won 2022 “Artist Of The Year” according to Blue Rhymez Entertainment based out of Turin, Italy. He’s also performed on live television, being featured on the show “Good Day PA” on ABC27 news.
​The Eric Wayne Band, hailing from Roanoke, Virginia, is a dynamic southern country rock band that embodies the essence of southern rock and country rock. With their guaranteed energetic performances and choice of music these guys are nothing to sleep on. Comprising of Eric Wayne, Derek Kelly, Tyler Carter, and Brandon "BT" Ross. The band is known for its captivating original music that resonates with audiences of all ages. Opening for National acts which include JoDee Messina, Chase Rice, Chris Janson, Chris Cagle, Easton Corbin, and many more as well as headlining their own shows up and down the east coast, these guys bring it!
