Join us for an evening of elegance and discovery as we uncork the wines of Hunter Glenn, a Napa Valley estate rooted in family tradition and guided by craftsmanship. Each pour is thoughtfully paired with a chef-curated dish, designed to highlight the nuances of every wine and celebrate the story behind the vineyard.

EVENT MENU
First Course | Salmon tartare and wakame salad, topped with crispy lattice and smoked citrus zest paired with Chardonay
Second Course | Cajun chicken lollipops, cauliflower au gratin, and shallot–pine nut relish paired with Red Blend
Third Course | Seared citrus tea–brined duck breast, pea purée, and Grana Padano risotto, Parmesan tuile paired with Cabernet Franc
Fourth Course | Peppercorn-crusted filet, crispy zucchini squash, and roasted rapini with steak Diane butter paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert | Chocolate zeppole with sweet cream filling, carbonated sugar, and tart raspberry coulis paired with Merlot
