Think Vikings and Old World Nordic elevated with a fine dining flare in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Chef Erin and the Chefs Michelle and Laura from Wildcard Food Truck are bringing this dinner to a whole new level. They are working with Mike the owner of Drekar Meadery to flavor match and bring you a unique dining experience.

Beet cured Gravlox with rye chips and fresh greens
Pairing: Freyr's Sail Traditional Mead
Course 2:
Oxtail soup with barley and root vegetables
Pairing: Loki's Barb Blackberry Mead
Course 3:
Viking roasted chicken with a savory herbed sauce served with twice baked potato stuffed with 3 cheeses, garlic and caramelized onions
Pairing: 'Jalmari' cocktail featuring Freya's Tears Raspberry Mead
Course 4:
Spice Cake with Icelandic yogurt, berries and rhubarb
Pairing: Ullr's Glory with Cranberry, Orange and Cinnamon
