Are you a hungry comedian? Come work for your food. Bring a non-perishable food item to add to the grocery bag, and the funniest comedian of the night takes home the WHOLE BAG.
Show is FREE with purchase and food donation!

Signup starts at 4:45 and the mic goes until about 6:30pm depending on turnout.

Our open mics are free to watch or perform after making any purchase from QED. Do NOT bring in outside food or beverage. Making a purchase helps keeps our open mics free. We have items as low as $2.

To perform, sign ups are in person and first come, first serve. All who sign up in person, get to perform approximately 3-5 mins of stage time. That can vary depending on the mic & how many people show but 4 mins is a safe bet.

When you sign up, your name is entered into a bucket and drawn at random. Sign up begins 1/2 hour before posted show time.
MUSICIANS & SINGERS PLEASE READ:

We are more than happy to have you perform with backing tracks by plugging your phone into our sound system, but you MUST let the hosts know before the show so they can accommodate you. Late arrivals needing tech may not be accommodated.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE RULES & NOTES:

* Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to posted start time to allow time for check in, seating and getting drinks & snacks. We place all hot food orders at once at the top of the show to limit disruptions.

* NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS . If you cannot attend, you can transfer your tickets to someone else but they will not be honored for a future date. YOU MUST email [email protected] if you intend to transfer tickets to another person.

* No outside food or drinks. QED serves beer, wine, coffee, tea, soda & lots of snacks with hot pub food available for order prior to the show.

* RAIN OR SHINE - Shows are never canceled due to weather except when the MTA shuts down which is hardly ever. So please DO NOT buy a ticket if you have issues traveling in inclement weather.
