Venturing beyond the familiar piano quintet repertoire, the programme features two remarkable Hungarian works — Ernő Dohnányi’s Piano Quintet No. 1 in C minor and Béla Bartók’s Piano Quintet in C major — offering a vivid encounter with the lyricism, intensity, and rhythmic vitality of Hungary’s musical traditions.
