Hungarian Community Gathering in Orlando

A világ legnagyobb nemzetközi felsőoktatási kiállítása, a NAFSA, idén Orlandóba érkezik — ennek kapcsán valósul meg a Hungarian Summit Education programsorozat is.
Kiemelt eseményünkön a díszvendég Polgár Zsuzsa, sakknagymester, világhírű magyar sportoló, akivel a Netflix „Queen of the Chess” dokumentumfilm kapcsán is találkozhattatok, és akinek története a sakk világában legendává vált.

A Tempus tájékoztató angolul hangzik el, így azokat is várjuk, akik magyar háttérrel rendelkeznek és érdeklődnek a magyarországi továbbtanulás vagy ösztöndíjprogramok iránt.
A belépés ingyenes, de regisztrációhoz kötött.
Az eseményen adománygyűjtést szervezünk a Susan Polgar Foundation javára, amely tehetséges fiatal sakkozók támogatását segíti.

The world’s largest international higher education conference and expo, NAFSA, is coming to Orlando — and alongside it, the Hungarian Summit Education event series will also take place.
Our featured guest is Susan Polgar, chess grandmaster and world-renowned Hungarian athlete, known to many from the Netflix documentary “Queen of the Chess.” Her story has inspired generations in the chess world and beyond.
Program highlights include:
- Meet & greet / conversation with Susan Polgar
-Tempus Public Foundation information session about study opportunities in Hungary
- Introduction to the Diaspora Scholarship, Stipendium Hungaricum, and other scholarship options
- Book signing
- and additional surprise programs

The conversation with Susan Polgar will be in Hungarian.
The Tempus information session will be in English, so we especially welcome students and families with Hungarian roots who may be interested in studying in Hungary or applying for scholarship opportunities.
Admission is free, but registration is required.
We will also be accepting donations for the Susan Polgar Foundation, supporting talented young chess players and their educational opportunities.
