2nd Course
Hungarian Green Pea Soup with Tarragon
onion | green peas | tarragon | turnips | carrots | black pepper | parsley | heavy cream
3rd Course
Chicken Paprikas
sour cream | nokedli | paprika | onion | sunflower oil
4th Course
Fasirt - Hungarian Meatballs
ground beef, pork, veal | marjoram | parsley | paprika | served with Hungarian sauce over egg noodles.
5th Course
Madartej - floating islands
vanilla | egg yolks | sugar | milk | egg whites
Wines will be available for purchase at the event along with our full cocktail and beer menu. Price is $65 and includes tip for the dinner. The optional Wine pairing is $26. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
