HUMMINGBIRD — Following the Path of Joy
Tapping Into Inner Guidance, Ancestral Support, and Soulful Vitality
This workshop invites you to explore joy as a therapeutic resource—an anchor, a guide, and a healing presence. Through creative expression, movement, ritual, and ancestral connection, you’ll gently open to inspiration, intuitive knowing, and the courage to follow what truly lights you up.
Hummingbird may be small, but she moves with astonishing strength and purpose. She travels long distances by trusting her inner compass and seeking only what nourishes. As a healing archetype, Hummingbird teaches us how to reconnect with joy—not as escapism, but as a resilient force that helps us navigate change, reconnect with our purpose, and remember beauty in the midst of life’s complexity.

Our sessions are available to all Adults, no experience needed.
What to expect:
• Discover the Archetype and Symbolic Wisdom of Hummingbird
• Guided shamanic journey to meet your inner Hummingbird
• Creative expression and group painting as healing
• Expressive movement and “dancing with the ancestors”

• Rituals to reconnect with joy, purpose, and intuitive direction
• Sharing circle and reflection
What you will need.
· Please bring water to stay hydrated, a notebook and pen for any journaling.
· Packed Lunch
· Any meaningful items you would like to place on the alter.(crystal, feather,photo)

Becky & Kerry completed their Somatic Shamanism and Energy Medicine Practitioner training in the same cohort, held by their incredible teacher Kay Aldred. This was followed by an integration year, where they refined their skills and understanding as practitioners and began to blend their learning with their existing training /qualifications.
Becky is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Shamanic Energy practitioner and Reiki Healer . Her journey began in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional, physical wellbeing and mental health, developing her practice and advancing into spiritual healing.
