About this Event
Learn how chocolate is made from the cacao bean to the bar! Visit our new factory, store and café and we'll walk you through the process of craft chocolate making - sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, grinding, conching, aging, tempering and wrapping. And most importantly, TASTING! The final part of the tour will include a guided chocolate tasting - learn how to taste chocolate like a pro and the importance of terroir.
