We hope to see you there as we celebrate this wonderful milestone!

Please note that registration is free but required to attend the celebration. The event will be following the same safety protocols as reunion.

All guests are required to be fully vaccinated* in order to attend, and we ask that you be prepared to provide the following documentation at the check-in table prior to the service:

- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. The vaccine must be:

  • `Authorized for emergency use by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (includes Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen) OR
  • Authorized by emergency use by the World Health Organization (e.g. AstraZeneca/Oxford, Sinopharm, Sinovac, **NOTE** Sputnik is NOT approved)
  • You must be at least 14 days out from your second dose if you received a two dose vaccine, and at least 15 days if you received a single dose vaccine like J&J

- Study participants who are not unblinded yet, must test if they do not know whether they received the placebo or not.

If you have a documented medical exception for the vaccine, it is required that you provide one of the following:

  • Negative COVID-19 PCR or LAMP test, taken no earlier than 72 hours preceding the ceremony. Rapid antigen tests will not be accepted or performed.
  • You will be asked to provide documentation of your medical exemption for our office of accessibility to verify.

Since children under the age of 12 are not eligible for vaccination yet in the US, they will need to take a COVID-19 test in order to attend. We do not require that children 2 years of age and younger get tested.

All attendees over the age of 2 years are required to mask indoors as per Santa Clara County’s August 3rd Mask Mandate.
