Important Event Information & Terms

Welcome to Humber Match Day Hub — a free community celebration of football, culture, music, food, and fan experiences during the global soccer tournament.

Your Match Day Pass provides access to all matches and programming scheduled on the specific match day indicated on your pass.

Ticketing

Match Day passes are FREE of charge.
A maximum of four (4) passes can be secured per transaction.
Passes are non-transferrable and valid only on the date listed on the ticket.
Passes do not include food or beverages.
Passes will be available online until four (4) hours before the scheduled end of the event day.

Admission and Capacity

Tickets must be presented for scanning upon arrival. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.
All ages are welcome but children under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to enter.
Venue access operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed once the venue capacity has been reached.
If venue is at capacity upon arrival, guests with advance registration will receive preferred access over walk-in guests when space becomes available.
All guests and personal belongings are subject to security screening and bag inspection upon arrival.
Doors close four (4) hours before the end of the event day.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early, ahead of the match time, to secure entry to the venue.

This is a rain or shine event. Dress appropriately for weather conditions and bring sunscreen, umbrellas, or rain gear if required.

Photography and Media

By entering the event site, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

Event Conduct

Humber Match Day is a non-smoking and non-alcoholic event.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, and fellow attendees.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on site:

Alcohol
Illegal substances
Smoking or vaping products, including marijuana
Weapons of any kind - knives, guns, bats.
Fireworks, smoke bombs, explosives, flares or any incendiary device
Large umbrellas (only collapsible personal umbrellas will be allowed)
Sunshades beyond 24 inches in height, Tents or canopies
Large coolers
Glass containers
Professional cameras or recording equipment without approval
Drones
Laser pointers
Amplified sound devices (including airhorns)
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards inside the event area
Bags subject to security inspection
Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by event staff or security

Any prohibited item will be barred from entry by event security. Attendees would have the option to return prohibited materials to their own off-site location (e.g. a vehicle) or to dispose of the prohibited item. Humber Polytechnic will not be responsible for the storage, safekeeping, or return of any prohibited items during event days. Humber Polytechnic is also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
