About this Event
For too long, the conversation about AI has only happened in San Francisco and Washington DC. Everyday Americans have been told to accept the consequences without having a say. We want to change that.
Humans First is traveling the country to talk to people about the future of AI: what it means for our families, our jobs, our communities, and our lives. We want to hear your concerns and start charting a course for a future that puts regular people first, not AI corporations.
During this event:
- Hear from Humans First on how we see the future unfolding
- Share your concerns and questions
- Participate in "Ink Over Algorithms": write down your worries about AI, and we'll deliver them to politicians in DC on March 25th
- Connect with others who want to build people power to take on Big AI
Humans First (humansfirst.com) is a new grassroots movement to put control of AI in the hands of everyday Americans, instead of Big AI. This Portland townhall is part of a national tour that started in Palm Beach, Florida.
All are welcome.
