Human Voices - Bringing Poetry to Life

Open to everyone from poetry diehards to those who find verse difficult to access, Human Voices teaches participants how to gain deeper understanding and connection to the art form by speaking the text aloud. Through the application of Acting-based techniques and textual analysis, you can learn how to get poetry off the page and bring the words to life.

You can either bring in a poem you want to work on or try a random poem on the day. If you're not comfortable performing, don't worry: you can always come along, pull up a chair and listen!
