Human Skills in the Age of AI: Become the Coach Machines Can’t Replace

This session will explore how AI is reshaping the workplace and why human skills are becoming more valuable than ever.

You will gain insight into how organisations are changing, what skills are rising in demand, and why coaching, emotional intelligence and behavioural understanding cannot be replaced by technology. You will also take part in a guided coaching exercise, allowing you to experience these skills first-hand and understand their real impact.

We will then demonstrate how our MSc Business Psychology with Coaching equips you to develop these capabilities through ICF-aligned training, practical coaching hours and experiential learning, preparing you to become a practitioner in training from the start of your degree.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of how coaching fits into the future of work and how you can position yourself at the forefront of this shift.
