*Human Series: Am I doing a good job at being me?

Our first five-session experience invites you into a deeper exploration of who you are and what your life is meant to hold. If you’ve ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or pressured to “figure it all out,” you’re not alone.

Each session helps you step back from that pressure and look at your life with a clearer lens. With insights from psychology, philosophy, personal stories, discussion and reflection, you’ll discover that your life has meaning, you were made with purpose, and there is a way forward that doesn’t depend on controlling everything or getting it all right.

One registration includes all five sessions, which will be held weekly on Thursdays starting on February 26 and ending on March 26.
Attendance at each session is encouraged but not required.
