Executive directors and managers can spend so much time putting out fires, it can be difficult to focus on your organization’s mission. This interactive session will create a space for everyone in the room to share and learn from one another. Creating equitable HR policies can help retain staff and also protect your organization from legal risk. Taos programs are presented in partnership with the Taos Community Foundation.
This program is most relevant for nonprofit Executive Directors, HR Managers, and other Managers although it is open to anyone in the nonprofit sector
