Human in Motion

A workshop offering that invites deepening the understanding of unity and individuality as interconnected facets through sensorial stimulation and movement. Milán Herencsár and Paola Paulis co-lead this experience. Milán will build collaborative strategies, emphasizing the evolutionary origins of kinesthetic empathy with movement patterns to explore group cohesion. Paola will guide an immersive, improvisation-based session, enhancing and expanding performance presence by exploring movement through the sense of touch, offering new ways to perceive and interact with our surroundings. This practice invites a profound reconnection with our sensory capabilities, ideal for anyone looking to engage more deeply with the transformative power of movement.
