The story of Human Impact really begins with the mutual respect and admiration shared by four noise rock pioneers whose paths circled for nearly three decades, yet finally converged in 2018. The quartet—vocalist and guitarist Chris Spencer [Unsane], bassist Chris Pravdica [Swans, Xiu Xiu], keyboardist Jim Coleman [Cop Shoot Cop], and drummer Phil Puleo [Cop Shoot Cop, Swans]—manifest the potential of this union on their 2020 self-titled debut, Human Impact [Ipecac Records].
Underpinned by guitar grind, industrial buzz, and unnervingly catchy vocal transmissions, these ten tracks ebb flow between intense instrumental insurgency and hypnotic harmonies.

Crowd Of Chairs is a Belgian noise rock/post-punk band from Ghent (BE).
Formed in 2014, the band features Mitch Van Laecke ON guitar, Manu Mahie handling drums & Benjamin Caes on bass. after their 10-year marriage, the band welcomed a new member in 2024: Arjen Verswijfelt on guitar. all FOUR MEMBERS contributing to vocals.
Quickly gaining traction in the music scene, Crowd Of Chairs was noticed by national promoters, cementing their status as one of the most thrilling alternative rock acts in Belgium. Drawing inspiration from influential bands like Liars (US), Metz (CA), and Part Chimp (UK), they have carved out a unique space.
