About this Event

Join Alzheimer Calgary for a special screening of Human Forever, an award-winning international film that is reshaping the global conversation around dementia, aging, and human connection.

This inspiring community event brings together caregivers, healthcare professionals, community members, advocates, and families for an evening of film and meaningful conversation exploring dignity, inclusion, and innovation in dementia care.

Through a moving journey across 11 countries, Human Forever invites audiences to see beyond the diagnosis and recognize the humanity, joy, purpose, and connection that continue to exist in the lives of people living with dementia. The film showcases compassionate and innovative approaches that foster belonging and meaningful engagement, inspiring us to imagine communities where people living with dementia remain seen, valued, and included.

Following the screening, join us for a panel discussion featuring local experts and community voices as we reflect on the film and explore how we can create more dementia inclusive communities together.a
