Guided Insights: Understand the 5 Energy Types, how to make decisions using your Strategy & Authority, and identify your Shadows (areas where you may be out of alignment).
Reflection & Meditation: Take time to reflect on your chart, explore your strengths and challenges, and ground yourself in the insights you’ve gained through meditation.
