Hula Hoop workout class. Cost is $10. I have Hoops to borrow and Hoops to buy.
we will be located on Town Hill in front of the beach, right next to the Potomac River Boat. Hooping in the sand is harder than you would think, but we still have a beautiful view of the water and a public bathroom nearby. BRING WATER
This class is a mix of Hoop Yoga, mobility and strengthening drills, and hoop trick drills.
