Do you want to learn how to hula hoop and have fun at the same time? Join us to learn the basics of hula hooping and some cool tricks you can do with it. Hula hooping is a great way to exercise, improve your balance and coordination, and express yourself creatively. Plus, it's a lot of fun! You don't need any experience or equipment to join this class. We will provide the hula hoops, the music and the park. All you need is comfortable, non-bulky clothing and a willingness to try something new. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
