Hula Hoop – Hand & Body Hooping for All Levels
Spin, swirl, and flow in this dynamic one-hour class that blends circus-style hula hooping with playful movement. Perfect for all levels, from total beginners to seasoned hoopers, this class explores foundational and intermediate techniques in both body and hand hooping. You'll learn to hoop on the waist, hips, and hands, as well as tricks and transitions to help you build coordination, confidence, and creative expression. Whether you're hooping for fitness, fun, or performance, this class will keep you engaged and inspired! Hoops provided or bring your own. All levels, ages 7+.
