Location to confirmed, if the weather allows it will now be outside! otherwise The Plymstock Parish Hall. Just a brief overview of roughly how the class will break down. It will be a 1-hour class taking place the first Monday of the month1830-1930. Other venues/timings will follow if the interest is there. First session is £5, then £7 after. The hour will break down as follows:⭐Warm up and introduction to using a weighted hula hoop
⭐Hoop fitness
⭐ Learn a hoop trick
⭐ Break out between 2 stations; old school jump rope, dragon poi.
⭐Game: hula hoop catch! (if there is time. or feel free to keep practicing your new trick)
⭐Cool down and stretch
