Laugh, move, have fun and be fit and healthy! Hula hooping is a playful and positive cardio workout option for all ages and body types. Perfect for men, women, children, expecting mothers (with special pregnancy hoops) etc. This class will introduce the basics of hula hooping and The HoopFit® Workout that fuses hooping with familiar cardio exercises. We will cover hooping at the waist, hips, and off the body basics. Come wearing comfortable clothes; yoga attire is perfect.
Adult hoops will be provided, or bring your own.
Bring a friend and come ready to have a blast.

Meet Instructor Olivia Lonteen
Olivia was introduced to the flow arts for the first time in 2018 by her experienced friends. After that encounter, she developed an eagerness to learn more about flow that doubled everyday. Olivia is a self-taught artist who mainly uses flow as a stress-reliever, but some of her favorite things about the art are: it’s a great form of meditation, it gets your body moving, you feel more connected with nature, it can introduce you to new music/people, and how it challenges your brain to think in new ways. Her favorite places to flow are at music festivals, in nature reserves, and wall-ball courts in the winter time. She shares her love for the art by teaching friends and family in her spare time, and is looking forward to sharing her passion by teaching with Yoga Body Elements Studio.
