Participating in this low impact form of exercise you will experience and learn the graceful have movements and basic footwork that create the musical stories of the islands and the essence of Aloha. We will dance both Hawaiian language songs and English songs and understand the meaning and background of each. If you have mobility issues, we encourage you to join us and dance "noho" (sitting in a chair) is another beautiful way of conveying the beauty of Hawaiian dance. Everyone is welcome!
