It's Lei Day in Hawaii...are you ready to celebrate with your best Aloha wear?

Join us Tuesday May 16th at 6PM at the home of Julie Ryan on General's Lopp.

Come and join us as we conclude the 2022-2023 Hui season. Enjoy food, drinks, and a special Ti Leaf lei making class by local florist Casey Bautista while enjoying the company of our members for the last time this social year. We have had a wonderful year with our members and look forward to seeing you there!

Due to the intimate setting and the lei making workshop, the event will be limited to 40 attendees. Once the 40 tickets are purchased please email Bree at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.

Event price is $30 RSVP by Sunday May 14th.

Aloha wear is not required but recommended, dress code is Aloha Casual.

MEET OUR SPECIAL GUEST!

Casey Bautista, owner of See Joy Studio LLC, started her journey in lei making in 2018. She started this as a hobby for the love of flowers and the mindfulness that it brings, then it bloomed into a small business. It was officially established in 2022. Since then Casey’s business has grown from lei making and to macrame, workshops, small weddings, and events.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Our final outreach this season is for USO Schofield Barracks. Located on Schofield Barracks, the USO offers a home-like atmosphere to active duty and families. Supporting the 25th Infantry Division, USO hosts a number of free programs such as mobile lunches, holiday events such as Thanksgiving Luncheons and Christmas Day Meal serving single soldiers far from home.

This month we are collecting CLEANING SUPPLIES and SNACKS to help maintain the USO's entertainment spaces and provide snacks to give out to guests on site and functions.
