We return to the grass! Barefoot hugging outside is some of the best medicine around! Combined with the direct vibrations of mama earth we gather again with the intention of honoring and satisfying the fundamental human need of safe, consensual touch. Come join us in practicing the art of the hug and basking in its many benefits. The event includes regular opportunities to share experiences, practice listening and commune with cacao. We will conclude with a relaxing savasana (corpse pose) accompanied with soothing instrumental sounds to help integrate and center.
All of the willing are welcome.
