HUD Approved Homebuying Class

This homebuying class is being held in partnership with Home Partnership Inc, a non-profit, HUD-APPROVED housing counseling agency. This class meets the requirements to receive a HUD counseling certificate.

Learn about the process of buying a home from beginning to closing. You will evaluate renting vs. buying, budget and credit readiness, mortgage options and your eligibility for assistance with down-payment and closing costs. This class will help you familiarize yourself with the various professionals who will be involved with your journey and acquaint you with community resources to help you achieve and maintain home-ownership successfully.
