About this Event
Project 68 – Industrial High-Temperature Heat Pumps (IEA HPT TCP):
IEA HPT TCP Project 68 is dedicated to accelerating the market uptake of large-scale, high-temperature heat pumps (HTHPs) as a key technology for decarbonising heat supply, particularly in industrial processes and district heating networks. The aim is to promote their application through international knowledge exchange, to address technological, economic and informational barriers, and to accelerate market penetration through stronger networking between national and international stakeholders.
Aim of the Workshop:
The aim of the workshop is to discuss typical applications and integration concepts together with stakeholders from industry, research and practice, to identify key barriers and challenges for the use of high-temperature heat pumps in district heating networks, and to develop concrete solutions for an accelerated market ramp-up.
