HSHS Old Friends Annual Social Get-Together

Hey all,
Following on from last year's social get-together where we agreed to try and meet up each year:
This year, the date for the get-together is set for 5th September, kicking off about 4pm. Please mark it in your diaries and feel free to advise others that might be able to make it. This isn't just for school attendees...we made a lot of friends through other activities during our school era and they are more than welcome to attend.
We stress that the event will be informal...pay-your-own-way at a venue to be advised.
Last year, we gathered at the Burke and Wills Hotel and that was ideal for our purpose. The hotel offered a casual space for our event and those that desired, could purchase quality pub meals and drinks etc.
We are thinking of the same type of gathering at the same venue, but there has previously been some discussion about perhaps meeting outside Toowoomba, e.g. Brisbane or Sunshine Coast?
Any ideas/suggestions are welcome, understanding that we are trying to make these events as simple as possible, without a great workload in organisation.
